Taipei - Bowing to furious mobs and pressure from lawmakers, Taiwan's Lee Teng-hui plans to step down tomorrow as leader of the Nationalist Party after a humiliating defeat in presidential elections, said television reports. There was no confirmation from Mr Lee.
