There were no surprise withdrawals at today's first forfeit stage for the Martell Cognac Grand National.
A total of 100 horses remain in Aintree showpiece, including Hedgehunter, Rince Ri, Bear On Board, Artic Jack, Timbera and last year's winner, Monty's Pass.
Of those still in, 58 are in the handicap-proper with the weights still headed by the Francois Doumen-trained First Gold on 11st 12lb.
The race takes place on April 3rd.
