Le Galaxie, Little Big Tent:
There is a unique set of aches that comes with seeing Le Galaxie.
The balls of your feet throb from dancing. A shoulder may or may not be out of line after hoisting a friend up. The palm of a hand stings from high fiving. Biceps ache from holding arms aloft.
But these disco injuries are more than worth it. Over the past two years, Le Galaxie have transformed themselves into a juggernaut of a party band, jack knifing into crowds who are only too happy to take the hit.
At 2am, We Bleed The Blood Of Androids, Nightcaller and Love System rock, but the icing on the disco cake was MayKay from Fight Like Apes joining in for a cover of N-Trance's Set You Free.
Without question, one of the best sets of the weekend.
