LONDON - Britain's ruling Labour Party said yesterday it had suspended a senior member from the parliamentary party. The Labour Chief Whip, Mr Nick Brown, took the action against Mr Bob Wareing (66), MP for Liverpool West Derby, because of allegations he had not properly registered a financial matter.
