LONDON - The elder brother of the Kray twins whose criminal gang terrorised London in the 1960s was charged yesterday with conspiring to supply cocaine worth around £78 million.

Police said Charlie Kray (70) and two other men faced the charge and were also accused of supplying 2 kilos (4.4 lbs) of cocaine.
