Keith Lyons (20), Croftwood Gardens, Ballyfermot, has been remanded in custody for sentence by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on a charge of manslaughter. Lyons pleaded guilty to the unlawful killing of Mr Jar lath Smith at Blackditch Road on April 19th, 1995.
