Food giant Kerry has bought QA Products, which makes decorations for cakes, from CSM NV of the Netherlands for an undisclosed sum.
Illinois-based QA has 165 employees and annual sales of about $35 million, Diemen, Netherlands-based CSM, the world's biggest supplier of bakery ingredients, said today in a statement.
Kerry shares rose 25 cents, or 1.1 per cent, to €22.75 in early trading on the Dublin market today.
