Stamford - A Connecticut judge has ruled there is enough evidence to try Kennedy cousin Mr Michael Skakel in the 1975 murder of 15-year-old Martha Moxley, lawyers said on Thursday.
Mr Skakel (39) is accused of beating Moxley to death on the night of October 30th, 1975, in Greenwich, Connecticut. Both were 15 at the time.
