The jury in the trial of a man who denies raping a woman in Tipperary is expected to begin deliberating on Monday. The prosecution and defence cases concluded at the Central Criminal Court yesterday.

A 23-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to charges of raping a 25-year-old woman, assaulting her and attempting to choke her to rape her on September 4th-5th 1994.
