The case against a farmer, Mr Peter Creedon (37), of Tullytreada, Macroom, who is charged with 13 offences related to the illegal movement of cattle, was put back to the next sittings of Cork Criminal Circuit Court in May when Judge Patrick Moran discharged the jury yesterday.
