BORDEAUX - French premier and Bordeaux mayor Alain Juppe visited his offices yesterday as investigators said Corsican separatists might be responsible for an explosion there on Saturday. The device blew up at 11.41 p.m. outside the hall where Mr Juppe had met local officials on Saturday.
