QUEBEC CITY - The French Prime Minister, Mr Alain Juppe said yesterday his country would support Quebec province whatever it decided on separating from Canada. Mr Juppe told the Quebec separatist Premier, Mr Lucien Bouchard, that the French speaking province could count on Paris no matter which road it took.
