Astronomy Ireland has organised a three-day "Jupiter Watch" in the Phoenix Park, and will provide telescopes so that the public can get a closer look at the largest planet in the solar system. The Jupiter Watch begins tonight at 8 p.m. and continues tomorrow and Saturday night. The group will provide telescopes and explain the features that come into view, including Jupiter's giant red spot and the planet's three largest moons. The location is the Papal Cross car park in the Phoenix Park.
