LONDON - A jury will decide if an 85 year old refugee accused of killing Jews during the second World War should face Britain's first war crimes trial, a judge ruled yesterday.

Judge Humphrey Potts set two preliminary hearings for the case against Mr Szymon Serafinowicz, who is accused of killing three Jews between 1941 and 1942 in Byelorussia, now Belarus.
