AN undertaking was given in the High Court yesterday by two men to return computer software to a former business associate.

On Friday, a computer software director was granted injunctions against the two men who, he claimed, had taken computers and equipment from his company, preventing him from operating.

Mr Barry Breslin, Newbridge Avenue, Sandymount, Dublin, was granted the injunctions against Mr George Hellis, Dunluce Road, Clontarf, Dublin, and Mr Colman Reilly, Lower Leeson Street, Dublin.

Following the undertaking, Mr Justice Smyth directed that computer software, a business plan and information concerning a client be returned to Mr Breslin that evening and adjourned the matter until today. Mr Justice Smyth said that in the meantime the injunctions against the defendants would continue.
