A judge declared a mistrial in the corruption case against two former Tyco  executives today, citing outside pressure on one of the jurors.

Former Tyco chairman Mr Dennis Kozlowski and ex-finance chief Mark Swartz went on trial nearly six months ago on charges they looted the conglomerate of $600 million. They denied any wrongdoing.
