An application by a Dublin man for an injunction to prevent publication of an article relating to him in the Sunday Independent was adjourned until next Monday in the High Court yesterday.
When it came before Mr Justice Shanley yesterday, Mr Stephen McCann, for the man, said he was not ready to proceed and on consent the hearing could be adjourned until next Monday. The defendants had agreed not to publish anything in relation to the man in the meantime.
