JACKSONVILLE - An Orthodox Jew is to appear in court in Jacksonville yesterday charged with placing a bomb in a synagogue to disrupt a speech by the former Israeli prime minister, Mr Shimon Peres, police said yesterday.
Mr Harry Shapiro (31), who worked at a filling station, turned himself in to police on Tuesday.
