London - Two British girls moved closer to getting compensation and an inheritance yesterday when a court ruled that a Japanese banker killed in an air crash 15 years ago was their father.

Judge Peter Singer officially declared Ms Cassie Bayly (18) and her sister, Diana (14), to be the daughters of Mr Akihisa Yukawa, who died along with 519 others when a Japan Airlines Boeing 747 crashed en route to Osaka in August 1985.
