Abidjan - The Ivory Coast headed for a Yes vote yesterday in its referendum on a new constitution to underpin a return to civilian rule, partial results showed.
Officials said results from 19 of the 58 administrative areas showed 80 per cent of valid votes in favour of the proposed constitution.
