Rome - An Italian property developer dressed up as a woman and killed his 91-year-old blind psychiatrist because he was dissatisfied with the treatment he received, police said yesterday.
Mr Cesare Fratazzi (74) crept up on Dr Emilio Dido and shot him in the head on Wednesday with a pistol before killing the psychiatrist's wife, Luisa (73), and then turning the gun on himself.
