GENEVA - Twenty three countries, including Israel, Iraq, North Korea and Syria, are likely to join the UN Disarmament Conference, key ambassadors said yesterday.
Expansion of the 38 member forum in Geneva was made possible after Iran lifted its objection to admitting Israel, the envoys said.
