PAUL CULLEN will shortly take up a new appointment as Development Correspondent of this newspaper. He will be responsible for covering development issues, events and organisations in Ireland and the developing world.
He has been Education Correspondent since 1993 and previously worked as a freelance journalist in Dublin and Zurich after graduating from Dublin City University and Trinity College, Dublin.
