Irish Life's 430 sales staff are to meet in Portlaoise next Wednesday to hear settlement proposals to their long running dispute with management over restructuring. Their union, MSF, is to recommend new terms.
Meanwhile, the company has agreed to defer the implementation date for reorganisation, along with disciplinary action initiated against staff for refusing to co operate with the new structures.
