More than 70 children from Belarus arrived at Shannon Airport yesterday to begin a four-week holiday with Irish families

More than 70 children from Belarus arrived at Shannon Airport yesterday to begin a four-week holiday with Irish families. The majority of the children, who were brought to Ireland by Chernobyl Aid Ireland, are from the Grozova orphanage in southern Belarus, 200 miles from the Chernobyl nuclear reactor.
