A Dublin student who was sent home from an Irish college in Connemara when she exclaimed "pardon me" in English after sneezing has been offered a place in another school.
Colaiste Chonnacht in Spiddal, Co Galway, has offered the place free of charge to Ms Michelle Hartnett (17), from Ballinteer, who was sent home from Colaiste na bhfiann in Rosmuc for uttering the two word English sentence.
