Baghdad - An Icelandic charity which took Christmas gifts and medical supplies to Iraq has flown a five-year-old Iraqi girl who suffers from abdominal swelling to the Netherlands for medical treatment. An aircraft chartered by the charity landed in Iraq on Friday bringing a Santa Claus, who helped Thor Magnusson, founder of the charity Peace 2000, to hand out gifts, food and medicine at a children's hospital in Baghdad. The aircraft left Baghdad carrying Amal Saeed, who is to undergo treatment in Amsterdam, her family said.
