An Arabic television station has broadcast a tape showing three Italians held captive in Iraq and a
threat by their captors to kill them.
Al Arabiya TV broadcast the tape in which a group calling itself the Green Brigade said it would release the prisoners if demonstrations were organised in Italy "to protest against the government's policy in Iraq."
The group gave Italians five days to hold the protests or it will kill the hostages.
