The former Taoiseach, Mr Albert Reynolds, has called on the IRA leadership to facilitate the recovery and handing back of the bodies of those who "disappeared" during the Troubles. Speaking at 1798 commemorations in Co Wexford at the weekend, Mr Reynolds said the families of the 13 missing people, believed to have been abducted and murdered, should be allowed to begin the healing process.
