IRA prisoner transferred home

Sinn Fein has welcomed the transfer of an IRA prisoner, Sean McNulty, from Frankland Prison in England to the Maze

Sinn Fein has welcomed the transfer of an IRA prisoner, Sean McNulty, from Frankland Prison in England to the Maze. McNulty was transferred to Maghaberry Prison near Lisburn on Thursday and was moved yesterday to the Maze.

McNulty, from Co Tyrone, was sentenced to 25 years in 1984 for conspiracy to cause explosions at oil and gas depots in Newcastle.
