The IRA last night claimed responsibility for a bomb explosion in a London house three days ago. A man claiming to be an IRA spokesman called the RTE newsroom at 7.40 p.m. last night and, using a recognised code word, said it earned out the explosion in the front garden of a house under renovations in The Boltons, an expensive residential part of Earl's Court. No-one was injured.
