ESB Networks have launched an investigation following the death of an employee at a power station yesterday afternoon. The accident occurred at a distribution facility in Finglas, Dublin although details of how the worker died have not yet emerged. The deceased was a network technician.
A spokesperson for the company said that investigations by the ESB and by the Health and Safety Authority were immediately opened in line with strict protocol.
