London - Britain's Charity Commission yesterday said it was looking into the local arm of pop superstar Michael Jackson's Heal the World charity following a television report that it had made no donations for three years.
Jackson set up the worldwide charity in 1992, proclaiming a goal of raising £60 million pounds by the end of 1993 to help children and the environment.
