The INLA has denied any involvement in the murder of the Sunday Independent journalist, Ms Veronica Guerin. In a statement yesterday, the INLA said.
"At no time was any approach, official or unofficial, made to INLA personnel by any individual to have Ms Guerin shot. The INLA had no prior knowledge, assistance with the planning, or involvement in the murder."
