Mr Liam McAnoy (22), from Leeson Street Belfast, who was injured in the gun attack which claimed the life of the former INLA leader, Hugh Torney, has been charged with possession of a loaded .22 Smith and Wesson revolver and a 9mm Biretta pistol and ammunition with intent. He was remanded in custody to appear again at the Maze Magistrates Court on October 2nd.
