I are still unable to interview the AN elderly single farmer who was attacked and seriously injured in his east Clare home a week ago has not recovered consciousness and is still critical in Limerick Regional Hospital. Mr Patrick Skehan (68), Ardnatahhle, Bridgetown, was beaten about the head and tied to the stairs and was also suffering from hypothermia.
