An injunction preventing picketing by two unions, the AEEU and the TEEU, at the Lufthansa Airmotive Ireland plant at Baldonnel, Co Dublin, has been continued until today by the High Court.
The order was granted last Sunday on the application of the company which is in dispute with workers over the use of contract workers. Yesterday SIPTU gave an undertaking, effective until Monday, not to engage in any industrial action at the plant.
