BOISE, Idaho - A 13 month old girl riding in a car with her mother was decapitated when a passenger side airbag deployed in a low speed collision, police said on Wednesday. "This would otherwise have been a minor damage accident," a Boise police spokesman said.
The infant was strapped in a forward facing child car seat. The airbag hit her head and the impact was so strong that her head was blown through the car's side window.
