NEW DELHI - India's federal police told the Supreme Court yesterday they would file charges within a week against three more public servants in a corruption scandal over which seven sitting ministers had resigned this year.

The government lawyer speaking for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) did not disclose who it would charge in the $18 million bribes for favours scandal, in which some 25 politicians and bureaucrats face charges.
