NEW DELHI - The Indian Prime Minister, Mr P.V. Narasimha Rao (74), ended his campaign and retreated to a temple yesterday to pray for victory in the general election. Mr Rao flew to his home state of Andbra Pradesh to visit Tirupati temples.
