New Delhi - The Indian army has claimed it repulsed an attack by the Pakistani army by killing 25 of its soldiers, including one officer, who attacked one of its border posts in the disputed northern state of Jammu and Kashmir at the weekend, Rahul Bedi reports.

Two Indian soldiers were also killed in the encounter in Jammu's Chamb sector. Pakistan, however, rejected Indian claims and blamed India for launching an attack.
