Irish people with disabilities were "sickened" by the Government's decision to abolish the Department of Equality and Law Reform, the disability group, Incare, said yesterday. It said the Department had done "Trojan work" in establishing the Commission on the Status of People with Disabilities and the Irish Council of People with Disabilities.
