Indecent assault investigation
A file is being prepared for the DPP into allegations of an indecent assault on a 16- year-old boy in Limerick city earlier this week. Gardaí have denied some media reports, which suggested the teenager was raped.
An investigation is also under way into an alleged sexual assault on a minor at an internet cafe on William Street on Monday evening. A man in his 30s was arrested on Tuesday.
Man dies as car hits ditch
Gardaí at Falcarragh, Co Donegal are investigating a single vehicle fatal crash yesterday morning at Glasserchoo, Gortahork, Co Donegal. One man died when the car he was driving hit a ditch.
