MR Albert Tong (43), an illegal immigrant arrested by the British authorities after seeking sanctuary in a church, is to be permitted to join his wife and daughter in Ireland.
Mr Tong's UK-born wife, Becky, and their three-year-old daughter, Monica, came to Ireland after Mr Tong, an illegal immigrant for 17 years, was rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack after his arrest on June 20th at Marazion, Cornwall.
