A helicopter from Shannon was to airlift a 49 year old crew member from a Spanish trawler early this morning in rough seas off the Co Donegal coast.
The man is believed to be suffering from a heart complaint. The Pedra Rubia, a 65 metre vessel, was approximately 180 miles off shore when the man was taken ill last night.
