Food group IAWS Group, today said finance director Mr David Martin will retire at the end of the year.
The company said a finance director designate will be appointed "in the near future". Mr Martin will remain on the board of IAWS as a non-executive director.
Paying tribute to Mr Martin, Mr Philip Lynch, group chairman said: "David has made a major contribution to the success of IAWS. He played a key role in repositioning the Group from a traditional agricultural supplier to an international convenience food business with sales of €1.3 billion".
