BUJUMBURA - Burundi's Tutsi dominated army has accused Hutu rebels of massacring up to 80 workers and their families in a tea factory.

Lieut Col Isaie Nibizi said rebels attacked the Teza tea factory north west of the capital Bujumbura on Wednesday, killing its workers, their families and burning down offices.
