BUJUMBURA - Burundi's Hutu rebels killed at least 14 people and wounded two others in an attack on a camp for displaced people south of the capital, army officials said. The armed group attacked a settlement in Bururi province's Rumonge commune on the shores of Lake Tanganyika, more than 50 km south of Bujumbura, on Thursday.
