Racing: Hurricane Run made a satisfactory seasonal bow when running out an easy winner of the Tattersalls Gold Cup at the Curragh this afternoon.

The Andre Fabre-trained four-year-old was having his first start since winning the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe last October and he never looked like being beaten.

Kieren Fallon made his move three furlongs out aboard the 1-4 favourite and he powered away up the straight to beat Alexander Goldrun by seven lengths.
