MEXICO CITY - Hurricane Dolly crashed into the Mexico's eastern coast yesterday, killing four people and causing heavy damage, authorities said.

The Gulf of Mexico storm brought winds of 75 m.p.h. gusting to 93 m.p.h., snapping power lines and telephone wires, knocking over trees and smashing windows.
